How do I place an order?

You can place an order via email, WhatsApp or the contact form below. We will be in touch to draft a personalised quote for your approval. Once you give us the green light, we'll arrange collection of your media. You can also call us directly on 082 416 8616.

How long does the conversion process usually take?

On average, 5-7 working days depending on the quantity of analogue media sources provided. For larger orders, this can range from 1-2 weeks.

Do you offer collection and delivery?

We work with a variety of local courier services and private delivery drivers to arrange the safe collection of your order and delivery to our studio in Northcliff, Johannesburg.

What kind of equipment do you use for the conversion?

Our studio has a professional-grade conversion pipeline which combines old-school machinery, like VHS and record players, with modern computing technologies, to provide the highest-quality conversion output.

How do I receive my digital files?

Hard drive, flash drive, cloud storage - you name it. Once the conversion is complete, we transfer your high-quality digital files to the necessary storage device and contact you to arrange delivery to your home.
